An area of approximately 4,000 square kilometres from the Azerbaiani territories in the Karabakh region are under the occupation of the Russian troops.
Since 1828 Russia got this bad habit to steal piece by piece the territory from Azerbaijan.
By stolen pieces from the territories of Azerbaijan, Russia created the settlements from the Armenian settlers who were brought by Russia from Iran nd the Ottoman Turkey.
Armenia itself has been created within the territories of Azerbaijan [stolen piece by piece by Russia].
The capital of Armenia "Yerevan" was an Azerbaijani city.
The city of Zangilan [now in Armenia] was stolen from Azerbaijan at the beginning of the 20th centry (by Russia) and was given ( was annexed)to Armenia because of the colonial plans of the Soviet Union against Azerbaijan.
Russian occupation troops were deployed as peacekeeping forces to these 4,000 sqare kilometers for five years to support the Armenian separatists as well as to create the 2nd Armenian Republic again within the territories of Azerbaijan.
Arayik Harutyunyan is the leader of the Armenian separatists who is strongly supported by Vladimir Putin and his cowboys in Moscow.
Nach 44 days war and loss of over 6,000 lives and many thousands wounded people from 26 Sept 2020-10 Nov 2020, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinian defeated severely.
He is the prime minister who was dancing and drinking alcoholic beverages with his Armenian cowboys in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.
Pashiniyan is the Armenian.Prime Minister whose defense minister before travelled to the USA and there he hallucinated and provoked with the occupation of the capital of Azerbaijan.
On 10 November 2020, Nikol Pashiniyan accepted the heavy defeat from Azetbaijan and accepted the terms of an armistice.
Pashiniyan accepted to put an end to the Karabakh war [which was initiated by his administration in the hope Russia or the West wtill assist the Armenian Army against Azerbaijan].
Pashiniyan and his predecessors after 30 years occupation of the Azerbaijani territories of Azerbaijan with a strong support from Russia, understood how stupid they were in their assessmentd in regard to the Azerbaijani Army.
The ceasefire agreement for Pashiniyan and his cowboys was thanks of the Putin's plans to enslave the both countries of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
Putin's "Dictat" was the real name of
the ceasefire agreement on November 10, 2020 between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
President Putin's "Dictat" was a must issue for Armenia and Azetbaijan.
This "Dictat" was signed by the president of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev; the prime minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinian; and of course the head of the colonial powe, namely, the president of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
The Putin's "Dictat" was reflecting. his strong position as a military superpower.
By dictating his orders to Azerbaijan and Armenia, Mr. Putin envisages a ceasefire from 10 November 2020.
Putin inspired the war between Azerbaijan to attack and kill the innocent people and he divered billons dollars free weapon to Armenia to fight the Russian proxy war against Azerbaijan.
Again Mr. Putin ordered to stop the war because he and his cowboys in Moscow had the colonial plans to control the south Caucasus.
Mr. Putin's "DICTAT" to Azerbaijan and Armenia talked about the exchange of prisoners from both sides and then the official occupation of 4000 sqare kilometers of the Azerbaijani territories in the Karabakh region by Russian troops under the deceptive term of "Russian peacekeepers".
Tzar Putin and his 2 cowboys Sergei Lajvrov and (Minister of Foreign Affairs) and Sergei Shoigo (Minister of Defense) deserve to receive a Nobel Prize for their professional "Charlatanism".
Putin and co have deceived the world with their fake term as the Russian peacekeeping troops although Putin and co knew that these Russian troops have been deployed by them for
aggression, killing, humiliation, occupation and supporting of the Armenian separatists against Azerbaijan.
Mr. Putin and his cowboys want to create the 2nd Armenian Republic within the territories of Azerbaijan.
The 2nd Armenian Republic within the occupied territories of Azerbaijan will be like the Crimean government or the Checnian government where the Russian laws, the Russian flag and the Russian language are recognized as the their national facts.
Isn't this kind of swallowing of the Krabakh region by the Kremlin as an annexation of the Azerbaijani terrirories to Russia?
Armenian forces have invested all their hopes to the full supports from Russia to fight again ahainst Azerbaijan.
Armenian Army is fully dependent on Russia: training, financing, electiricity, banking systems and receiving the Russian weapons free or with very very low credits (fast free).
Armenian army receives the Russian weapons and then delivers all sorts of missiles and weapons to the Armenian separatists in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijann(occupied by Russian troops).
Russia is No 1 ally of Armenia and always Russia behaved hostile against Azerbaijan and the Azetbaijani people.
On November 10, 2020, a contingent of 1,960 Russian troops was being deployed to the occupied territories of Azetbaijann(63 villages and towns ca 4,000 sqare km) as fake peacekeepers to occupy these territories for the aim of the creation of the 2nd Armenian Republic within the territories of Azerbaijan.
The cowboys in Moscow planned about
the contingent (1,960 troops).
Putin and his cowboys planned (Lavrov Plan) that the Russian forces will also control a 5-kilometre-wide corridor in Lachin [Why 5 kilometeres Russia gives to a foreign country (Armenia) to import weapons, the Christian mercenaries from Lebanon, Syria as well as facilitating the drugs smugglers to infilterate in Azerbaijan).
Thisn 5-kilometre-wide corridor in Lachin of Azerbaijan which will connect Armenia (a foreign country) with Nagorno-Karabakh in Azerbaijan (Why a foreign country like Armenia wants a corridor in Azerbaijan) through which the Russian weapons from the Russian military bases will be delivered to the Armenian separatists in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
Vladimir Putin and his cowboys spend bullions of dollars in the occupied Karabakh to attract many Armenians from Lebanon, Syria, Iran, USA and Europre to come and to settle in the occupied territories of Azetbaijan in the Karabakh region.
Russians in Moscow and St. Petersburg are suffering from the economic difficulties but Putin spends billions of dollars for the Armenian separatists in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh province! Why?
Russia declares the Russian language as the official language!
Russia began to provide the Russian passprts for the Armenian separatists in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan in Karabakh.
Russia declared only the Russian laws are applied in the occupied Karabakh.
Russian flags are the dominant flags in the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan alongside with the Armenian flag as well as the flag of the Armenian separatists in the occupied Karabakh.
No Azerbaijani laws, no Azerbaijani flag, no Azerbaijani language in the occupied Karabakh are allowed by Mr. Putin and his cowboys in the occupied Karabakh.
Russia plans to build many thousands houses (around 200,000 houses) for the Armenian separatists while in Russia itself the numbers of the homeless people are increasing.
And Mr. Putin and his cowboys are stealing the tax payers' money and spending in the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan for the colinial purposes.
Practically, the Karabakh region of Azerbaijan, after its occupation (after Nov 10, 2021) has been governed by Vladimir Putin (in all spheres).
Are these colonial ambitions from Russia [in the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan] the integral parts of a peacekeeping mission from the UN principles?
Putin has envisioned over the next three years (2020-2023), a new road to be built by the Russian colonial plans for the strategic goals of the imperial Russia.
Russia claims that through the Lacin corridor of Azerbaijan (has been occupued by the Russian troops) the imperial Russia will be able to facilitate transit between the Armenian territory itself as well as the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan where the Armenian separatists are supported by Russia.
Putin is a KGB trained fox and he is a master of deceprion. That's why he lies when he says that the presence of the Russian soldiers in the occupied Karabakh is planned to last for five years!
Russia never will leave the Karabakh unless the West put pressure on him and his cowboys.
If Russia really wants to leave the Karabakh in 5 years why the Kremlin rejects the participation of the multi -national peacekeers suggested by the United Nations?
Why Russia declares the Russian language as the official language in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh region when the Russian troops really want to leave the Karabakh?
Why Putin priortizes giving of the Russian passports to the Armenian separatists who are living in the Azerbaijani territories (Passportization) ?
After 5 years with an automatic extensions for the further military occupation of the Karabakh is nonsense!
Putin in advance plans for the successive five-year periods of the Russian military prsesence.
The Russuan troops invaderd and deceptively these invaders was called by Putin as the Russian peacekeepers.
Putin and his cowboys, deceptively, say the Russian troops will leave the occupied Karabakh, provided neither side requests the end of such provision.
Putin and co have spent billions of dollars for the Armenian separatists in the Karabakh region, has given the Russian passports to them,has declared the Russian language as the official language there and had provided billions dollars weapons to leave the Karabakh?
Putin has lied and many times has lied about the return of refugees and IDPs who are allowed to Nagorno-Karabakh as well as to the adjacent territories around the Karabakh, in a process to be controlled by the UNHCR.
After passing of months, there is no news from UNHCR. Everything in the Karabakh region is controlled by Russia on behalf of the Armenian separatists.
No single Azerbaijani IDPs and refugees (near 1 million Azerbaijani people) were allowed by Russian troops to return to their homes in the occupied cities and villages.
But Putin has financed and has assisted to bring over 70,000 Armenians coming from everywhere in the world to settle themselves in the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
Putin has lied many times he lies again about the Armenian separatists whom Putin supported and took their affairs under his own supervision. Why?
Putin has lied and his purpose is to ensure the security of a transport corridor between the Azerbaijani enclave of Nakhchivan and the rest of Azerbaijan because of the geopolitics .
It was a big lie from Putin.
Nothing substantial for the intetests of Azerbaijan happened. It was Mr. Putin's lies who talked about the importance of transport corridors.
All corridors in the South Caucasus should serve the strategic goals of Russia and its satelite state Armenia.
The corridor was used to deceive the Azetbaijani people that the corridor could allow a direct connection between the Republic of Turkey (a strategic friend of Azerbaijan) and the whole territories within the Republic of Azerbaijan, by crossing from the Armenian territory.
Putin has defined the Russian geopolitical priorities and its definive terms to Azerbaijan and Armenia and has empasized to them: "You both (Azerbaijan and Armenia) are under the influence of Russia and do not forget this."
The Kremlin dictates constantly: "Azerbaijan and Armenia must live under the influence of Russia and it must be so."
Russia has occupied the Karabakh of Azerbaijan to say:"Russia can occupy more from the Azerbaijani territories."
The Western leaders are sleeping because Russia provided them the pillows to put under their heads to sleep as long as Russia is busy with aggression and occupation in the South Caucasus and in Ukraine and Moldova.
Putin says to the leaders of the Western countries:"Sleep leaders, sleep! Sleep with your peace of mind! Because I am awakend and I am doing my imperial business. Sleep the Western leaders! Sleep!"
Putin repeats again: "Sleep Sleep!"
